  Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of upmarket Milan. So close to great bars and shopping and all the sights of Milan - very Italian rooms were a joy and the staff are wonderful !!!   Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. Loads of books and DVDs provided, ... what people say » mostly in Italian. Proper full sized hairdryer. - The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self. Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.

  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it.   Clean - Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo... what people say » m would not recommend this hotel

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room.
