We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. The place is central located, close to supermarket, laundry, Florence city centre and the river. Room is well equipped, big enough for 2 ppl and clean bathroom. This B&B is in a renovated Terrace Mansion on the 1st Floor up the stairs. the rooms are nice with marble floors, cable TV. best time to have a shower is early morning or late afternoon/evening as hot water can run out during checkout times! its a nice place to stay though as just a short walk to the big churches and the Uffizi gallery. Make sure you ring in advance before you arrive so the owner can meet you there with the key - we had to wait for him to arrive for 15 mins to let us in.
