Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Also it's one floor of a building so it feels like you are staying

The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

Firstly, the location was second to none. A 5mn walk to the Pantheon, a 15mn walk to the Colliseum, and a 20mn walk to Vatican City. U do not need to use public transport if you stay here. Secondly, the host Simone was a very gracious man. Very helpful with advice and booking tickets etc. Lastly, the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy by far. As well as the usual bread, cheese, salami, pastries we actually got cereal and they even cooked us an omelette every morning. Highly recommend B

The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not).
Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
