The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving out maps and marking all the places of interest o - My favourite thing about Amalfi by far was the absolutely lovely and wonderful lady who runs the breakfast buffet. She obviously takes so much pride in her work and is so friendly, bubbly and full of energy every morning. She goes to extra lengths to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated and gives a veritable tour of the buffet when the guests come in! What a lovely lady, thank you so much.

  The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. The meal was the best - The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.

  Good and friendly , he can help for your questions who is working there.place close to Roma termini like 10 min. Outside of hotel there are lots of restaurants and bars.you will feel like at home. - The room was big and really nice.
