Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! It's a home away from home. Carlo was very accommodating. We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs.
The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits.
The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy,

We have stayed at Casa Carra for three nights. The room was clean and
had a fridge. The location was perfect it was close to Termini station,
but wasn't too close to it so outside it wasn't loud at all. You
could easily walk from there to the main attractions. The best part was
the service. There were two people working there Constantin and a young
girl, who were very friendly and always willing to help. Constantin
