  Hotel is just perfect. Room is very clean, comfort and I would say even luxury.Bathroom is perfect too. Excellent breakfast too. Although, it wasn't close to tourist attractions, hotel is located perfectly near by the subway stop Rebbibia. Thanks to subway, you'll be in center in just 10 minutes so you don't have to worry.   Owner was great, very helpful, makes lovely breakfast and was very welcoming to my dad and invited him onto the balcony for a drink and a chat. Hotel situated on outskirts of Rome but only 15 minutes on the train to colosseum etc. Our room was great, very clean. Atmosphere at breakfast was great (big hello to the polish couple we met!) Fantastic little place, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - Luigi and Rudi were perfect hosts who explained all we needed to know about Rome. The guest house was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to Rebibia station which connects to central Rome in about 12 minutes. WiFi is free and efficient. Free safe parking was another bonus. A special thanks to Rudi for taking us to a great authentic Rome restaurant

  Friendly helpful staff, clean room, high ceiling, quiet, convenient location - It was easy to find for someone that has never been to Rome. I arrived at Termini station and took the blue line to Rebibbia which is the last stop. Then as you come out of the subway you just walk straight out of the subway about 400 meters to the hotel.
