  The staff were helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel the Concierge was able to rcommend and book tables at local restaurants.   perfect! - Good value for the money. Great breakfast. Fairly quiet, yet just a quick bus ride away from train station. Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

  I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic. What you spend on taxis is more than compensated by the hotel rooms being much cheaper than city centre ones. This hotel is a real find!
