  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... what people say » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

  The room was small (Europe Standard), but the staff more than made up for it. We were in Rome for the 08 Marathon and planned to check out on the same day. The Marathon had us running until 3pm, but the check-out was at 10am. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta
