The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast room is fun and quite different to other city hotels. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.   Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .
