From the pictures, I thought this would be a hole-in-the-wall in a back
alley. Not true! Very nice apartment in a perfect location! Easy to
find, 100 meters from the water taxi with helpful staff to check us in.

It is a very modern, clean and spacious apartment. There is no better location! Only 1min. walk to the Rialto Bridge! The transport to there is fantistic and nearby! The only thing that was not nice, our cruise were in Venice at 7h00 and we have to wait until 14h30 to get into the apartment! For me it was also over-priced! There is no washing masjien!

Very good idea for staying in Venice. You chose an apartment, you notify them of your arrival by email, arrange a meeting point, the representative meets up with you (handy to have a phone with you just in case) he (in this case a born-and-bred Venetian) meets you right on time, walks you down several narrow streets, gives you good info on the way, takes you to your room, does the paperwork and payment process, tells you about the room, and then he leaves. You get a great comfortable apartmen

Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people
will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. The rooms and bathrooms are small but nicely decorated and are kept spotless clean just as the rest of the hotel. The father and son team who run this place are so nice and helpful that you will be p
