The best location in Venice. Right on the square so we were able to sit in the air conditioned room and look out over the crowded square. It was very warm outside, but cool inside. Beautifully decorated Venetian room. Nice bathroom too. Be aware you have to check in at a hotel around the corner.

The balcony overlooking the gondolas was classic. I highly recommend this and consider the price to be a great value in the context of an expensive city.

time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train

The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy.
