Very nice place to stay. Elena (owner) very very friendly and helpful. She gave us tips and advice on what to do in Venice, also gave us a small history lesson about Venice. Apartment was very clean and big. Had. The property's location was convenient yet offered a sense a peace and quiet. Mattia the host was most hospitable. He made sure that you were able to locate and access the property. He also provided a list of dining options with different budget options, which was most useful. Breakfast in the garden was very pleasant! The convenience of having a private bathroom in the single room - apparently not all rooms have it.

Very nice accommodations: understated classy decor, very clean, very large bathroom, very secure & safe, wonderful selection for a lovely European breakfast, every staff member friendly and helpful, great location (away from the touristy centers but only 10-15 minutes to all of Venice by foot). The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recomm

Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.
