  visited Rome seightseeing with the bus - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke english anddidnt mind answering any questions. Rooms were not huge but you arent inthem all that much anyway. Very close to the metro and Termini. Veryclean and also close to a local grocery store where you can get goodpriced wine and refreshments.

  I can't speak highly enough of the service offered by David and his father during my stay. I foolishly booked one night short, and David offered to give up his own room to me! (Fortunately another booking was a no-show and he didn't have to). After my tablet was stolen (in the street) he let me use his laptop. They were like famly to me.   Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, ... what people say » and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.
