  Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room and it's a great size. The room is small but easily negated by the great location, service, cleanliness and above all the hospitality w... what people say » e were shown. It was more then we expected and we were blown away by it.  The room was cleaned everyday, there is a tea & coffee making facil - The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.

  The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling them for us. The rooms are very nice and extremely modern and the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable - Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. The hotel itself is really clean and welcoming.   Every things were wonderful! Comfortable suite has one small stair (step) between the living room and the kitchen place and the same one betweet the bathroom and the cloakroom (it may be difficul for small children who don't walk yet). The breakfast was servered at the suite with our preference. Everyday the room was cleaned during our l - We with the daughter stopped in apartments in the center of Rome. It was very convenient. We had the keys, could feel at home. There is a mini kitchen where it is possible to cook food, to make coffee. Manuel the wonderful owner, was very attentive and useful to us. Five minutes to the fountain and the Spanish ladder, and thus very quiet place. I recommend for couple of friends or a family.
