  The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue.   I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic.   We enjoyed our time. The room was clean and comfortable. Comes with free breakfast and WiFi. The location is great. It's close to the Vatican Museums and other historical highlights. We also met the staff member responsible for the rooms who besides doing an awesome job every single day, is an evenly wond - Genuine and personal atmosphere, with very welcoming personnel. Close to the Vatican, restaurants, shopping, and metro/bus stations. Feels very new, fresh and always clean. The breakfast is not much, tea or coffee and a croissant, but it's the Italian way. You eat your breakfast at a small bar/café across the street and the place is truly genuine and filled with locals drinking their morning coffee.

  Giovanni was an unbelievable host. Despit the fact that we were not able to see him face-to-face throughout our 2 night stay! It started by him getting someone to meet us at the accomodation late, since we were arriving outside of the normal hours. Then he advised us to get a taxi from the airport and to pay no more than the fixed €30 fare, and wh... what people say » en the crazy taxi driver started to drive off with us and our luggage in the car telling us that she could drop us at a tube station on the edge of th - Fantastic location very close to the Vatican and within walking distance to the major tourist attractions, also the hop on/off bus stop is just around the corner. Lots of amazing authentic restaurants and gelato bars 25m away. Giovanni is a fantastic host!! He was very welcoming and mapped out some good spots to wander and shop, the best food and gelato across the city and some tips on what and when to do and how to get around.
