  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. Breakfast was included which was breads, cereal, juice, meat and cheese, cappucci... what people say » no, tea, water, etc. The front desk staff was available 24/7. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

  Nazionale 51- Stayed in this lovely hotel for 5 nights in September 2013 with my mother. We were a bit confused at first when the taxi pulled up outside because it looked nothing like a hotel, just a big wooden door. The taxi man was very helpful and assured us that this was our hotel and showed us the hotel name (in very small writing) on the b... what people say » uzzer outside, a small plaque on the wall would be helpful. Our hotel was on the 4th floor consisting of 6 rooms, this floor had just been totally re - I felt completely at home and relaxed here. I booked in very last minute and got a great deal. I'm not sure what the full rate is so I can't speak for that, but for what I payed, wow! It is a historical building but newly renovated in a modern/spa like style. The original elevator still exists which I feel adds a lovely contrast to the modern B&B. It was spotless clean and perfectly located. The owner/host was incredibly hospitable and friendly.   Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it. The room was cleaned every day and bed linen were changed every 2 days - Arrived in Rome mi... what people say » d morning and was able to access room straight away even though it said check in time was from 1pm, room was very spacious and clean and had every thing needed. Was only booked in for an over night stop between flights but would defiantly stay for longer great location for all sights and shops.

Our room was large, well heated with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.
