  The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!   Our airconditioning was not working well and it was extremely hot in Venice, the manager put us in a very expensive room for the last night of our 3 night stay. They were very kind and attentive to us. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had hot and cold foods, as well as fresh fruit.
