Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture dow - My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

  Gabriella (the staff) was very helpful and kind that we feel like her "old friends". Breakfast was very good. Room was homely with small, but the clean bathroom. The room does´nt has the real window, that is why the nights were there very dark and silent for very good rest. We look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome and hope Gabriella still... what people say » will be there. Rooms are very well sized and toilets are really nice with Bede make life easier. I look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome.

So from the hotel I could easily go to Vatican easily via Emmanelle II and all the attractions such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon were really close by. Very modern room and nice-looking bathroom. So very helpful staff! Good breakfast! There were some little minuses but it's just nothing. You'll enjoy it!

Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
