  We were celebrating our recent engagement and i had informed the hotel when booking that this was a "romantic" occasion (as i had not yet proposed when booking the hotel).   Nice owner, Claudio will try his best for you to feel most comfortable. The place is located between the Roma Termini and Colosseum, so location is great! He waited for us when our plane arrived to Rome quite late in the Friday evening 8th of March and made a reservation to one of his favorite restaurants for us the first night. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

  Hotel owner is very hospitable and nice. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered tea and biscuits. The room is clean and quiet. There are all necessary for life.   Although you might have a little difficulty spotting the hotel initially as it doesnt have the obvious exterior look of a hotel, with a clear glassdoor which oversees the lobby and reception, it isnt too difficult to find as the street is not too complicated. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... what people say » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.
