  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new.   This hotel was perfect, the location was 5 mins walk from Termini Station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Rome. The room was quite small but had everything you could need, the attention to detail was amazing. There were a large number of very good restaurants within seconds walking distance. It has easy access to buses and metro. My mum loved the lift/elevator. It was safe and we got a security box on our rooms. You can control the air conditioner and heating on the room. A nice windows has both blind and curtains. We got new towels every day and internet access. Breakfast was good.

  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill.   Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome. A lots of nice restaurants and cafées just around the corner.   My sister and I stayed at the Relais Terme Di Tito, Rome Italy for 4 nights. We were warmly greeted by Krizia, who helped us in every aspect from recommending tourist attractions, to restaurants, etc. We were treated incredibly and felt instantly at home.   It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.
