  The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They even gave us drinks from our mini bar for free! Hotel also had free use of internet which came in usefull.

  The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. The noise from the street wouldn't be a problem as the rooms feature three layers of windows, each of them double glazed, very impressive insulatio - Excellent location as it was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a nice walking distance to all major attractions. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.
