  The hotel was easy to find and quick to get to from the station. We emailed to say our arrival time and check directions. We received a swift reply with a map which explained that we had to look for Hotel Azzi. The reception downstairs was the check in for all the B&Bs. We had asked for a quiet room and that is what we got, the window looked out onto an internal patio and we wer - Hotel Marine is located just 5 minutes walk from the main train station in Florence. The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

  The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very charming with high ceilings, and actually had a bathtub which has been uncommon traveling in Europe. The staff treated me like royalty and made me feel like family. I can't wait to return. - The whole package was excellent from the moment we arrived with managers very welcoming and providing researching answers to information that we had only mentioned. Very friendly and hotel a credit to them. Spoke great english and knowledgeable on area. Treated children very well. Close to main rail station - around corner.

You even get a fridge in the room and free milk and yogurt everyday! There is a small food counter where you can help yourself to cakes, cereal, milk and fruits no matter when. The breakfast was served in room with yoghurt, croissants (prepacked) and crispbreads. Down the hall you could also make coffee and cereal, fruits and toast. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had air-con and WIFI too. All in all, great place.

  The woman who is an owner is very nice, very kind and friendly. Location is amazing, so close to SMN train station and less than 10min from the main Piazza. Also, 5 min from hotel, there is a central market where you can find everything you need. Clean, comfortable and delicious, typicall italian breakfast :) - nice location, close to Firzence ... what people say » SMN central station. A lot of cafe, restaurants nearby as well as supermarket. Main tourism attractions are easily reachable on foot. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, even with refrigerator!! The owner of the hotel is really nice and helpful.
