  Beauftiful converted thirteen century Monastery with cloisters etc. Room was wonderful c/w a huge bathroom. Breakfast was set in what would have been the Refectory and was excellent. Set just inside the the city walls and within easy walking distance to everything - Building has great character and the breakfast was excellent (fruit, meats and chee... what people say » ses, rolls, pastry, drinks made to order). Parking was convenient and worth the 15 euros to not have to hike into the city. We were even able to check in early.

  This hotel has an excellent location because you come with the car, it has a large free car park, while Siena all car parks are safe and have no hotels parking. There is all the green around and there is a fantastic way to jog in the morning. I also found an Ethiopian Olympic runner who trained and made aware of. The wi-fi network is very fast and... what people say » is free of charge. The beds are fantastic. Story a secret: in the drawer of the Cabinet there are two huge pillows. - Staff was excellent and extremely helpful in all issues, including our accidentally leaving some articles behind - they got them to us in Rome before we returned to the U.S. This was a huge favor. The staff was kind, caring and more than helpful. The brekfasts and cappucini were great also! We had a great stay!!! Travellers...remember that Italy exists in its own time and place...if you are open, you will find a delightful surprise around every corner!

  A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna.  We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.... what people say » The breakfast and afternoon snack was outstanding!!!!We would recommend the Hotel Garden to anyone!!!!

  Absolutely breathtaking views from every area of the hotel. Our room felt more like a private suite. It was very private and include a small terrace with an umbrelled table and chairs. Breakfast was superior with a courtyard...most pleasant way to start your day. The restaurant was a huge surprise, at least 4 stars, with very knowledgeable servers.... what people say » We dined outside one night and inside one night. - Exceptional family owned hotel. Quiet stylish colonial feel to the place. All staff were outstandingly helpful. Particularly front of house and restaurant staff. Dinner in the restaurant and lunch on the terrace were memorable.   Staff was extremely accommodating. Restaurant was very good. Hotel was new, modern and clean. I can't say enough about the staff.
