  Location was great- metro station was 5 mins max walk, and Termini was 10 mins walk max (this is where the airport buses drop you off). Felt safe in the area. Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. The hotel has a very cozy patio and the location was safe enough, though it appeared to be rather near from the central railway station Roma Termini. We enjoyed the rooms and a hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well! Good value for money! We will turn back at this place again!

  I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. He is very friendly, and explained everything. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet at night,. The bathroom was spacious, and a good shower. Daniel and the staff went out of their way to mak - I could not even imagine it would be so nice. Personal pick up and early drop off at airport for costs comparable to local cabs just adds to the value. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast. We plan to stay here anytime we are in Rome in the future. Perfect location. You are 15 minutes by foot from the Vatican and 30 from other major sites in town. I

  We arrived after the check in time because of our flight. But Carla was waiting for us with open arms and a big smile. She showed us how our keys worked and she then took the time to give us a map of Rome which was very easy to read and she explain how to get to where. Our maid Marina made us awesome breakfast every morning. We were getting used t... what people say » o the time zone difference and so we woke up late, she still made us breakfast! Overall we felt like we were a part of this family, and let's just say - The B&B location is easy to find and only a short walk from Ottoviano metro station (Line A). Georgio was very polite and helpful with places to visit, walking routes, and restaurants. Most landmarks are an easy walking distance (within 5-15 mins) and restaurants are on the same street. The room was a good size, clean, and more than adequate if you are only using your room as somewhere to sleep and freshen up. I would stay here again.
