  Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. We had a baby and 4 year old with us, and they were great with them. They put an extra twin and a crib in our room and we still had tons of room! Definitely a rarity in Europe.   I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the owner is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, the owner bought me an alarm clock because my phone broke down on the trip and I was to take a train early the other day.
