  Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and offering city info on various sites. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious...I Miss my sandwiches every morning Jerson :) delicious !! Rooms ... what people say » were immaculate and fresh linens/towels. A great place to stay and I have referred him to many in my travels. A lovely patio restaurant is located at - everthing was awsome. ıts location near to termini(main train station) and close to metro station, 5 minutes walk distance. cleanless, breakfast, comfortable and price balance is really good. design of the room is very modern and different from each other. we were at the pink room and was so romantic.

  Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room. The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one - I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess 3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.

  We got there in July 2013, it was on a Sunday, the parking opposite the guest house was free( €4 all day for weekdays). It's was easy to locate, 6 mins walk to Colosseo Metro that will take you to Colosseum(1 stop, kids!) or another Metro that will take you to Otravino Metro in Vatican. Very good location! We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs. The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits. The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy,

  The location was great! We could see the San Giovanni cathedral's top statues right out our window and strolled past the Coloseum nearly everyday on our way to and from other Rome sights. The owner was also really friendly. We usually left before he arrived to clean rooms and such in the morning, but he made us expresso to go with our breakfast th... what people say » e two days he was around. Since the place is set up with a bunch of bedrooms attached to a kitchen/living are - Location was perfect, a short walk to Metro, many good restaurants nearby and shopping as well. My sister and I felt very safe, our room was just the right size, comfortable bed and a nice view with a small balcony. The owner Bernardo is gracious and welcoming.
