  We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. For travellers on a smaller budget this is great value for the money. The breakfast consists of sweet food stuffs, but that is what most Italians eat.   The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square. Plus there was free wifi at the - The rooms were all beautiful and we saw 3 rooms and were allowed to choose. Clean and warm, lovely hot water. Right near to the waterbus stop. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!

  I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people

  The location of the hotel was a major advantage - a 10 minute walk away from St Mark's Square, and all the shops that come in between. The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They even agreed to give us a light breakfast meal 45 minutes before it was actually due (we had to check out early).
