  From the pictures, I thought this would be a hole-in-the-wall in a back alley. Not true! Very nice apartment in a perfect location! Easy to find, 100 meters from the water taxi with helpful staff to check us in. Right above a plethora of restaurants, shops and close to a convenience store. Right around the corner from the Rialto Bridge. The apartm... what people say » ent had a queen bed in the bedroom, a full sized sofa-sleeper and an extra single fold-a-way concealed in a dresser. - It is a very modern, clean and spacious apartment. There is no better location! Only 1min. walk to the Rialto Bridge! The transport to there is fantistic and nearby! The only thing that was not nice, our cruise were in Venice at 7h00 and we have to wait until 14h30 to get into the apartment! For me it was also over-priced! There is no washing masjien!

  A well kept secret - superb find. sadly looks as if it is no longer a secret. Whilst rooms may be on the small side, plenty big enough and bed comfortable. Bonus was that our bathroom was not ensuite, which probably gave us more room and a larger bathroom as well. Walk to St Mark's a real delight and not far, and just round the corner from La Fe - the location near everything and close to the waterbus stop; the great friendliness and professionalism of all reception staff members, whom seemed more to be like entrepreneurial friends/colleagues of each other rather than employees; the breakfast; the room comfort (with airco); the beauty of the façade and the little terrace

  Absolutely loved it. The owner, Matteo came and met us at Rialto Bridge, from there it was a few minutes walk to the hotel. St Marks square was just a few minutes walk too. We were upgraded from out triple room (on the canal, which was delightful) to two very large adjoining rooms on the canal, with a double length balcony! It was stunning. There are um - The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night! The B&B was perfectly located just a few minutes walk from St Marks square and less than 10 from Rialto bridge - generally close to everything we wanted to see and do as a tourist!
