  The owners were really friendly, helped us by giving us city information/maps and even upgraded our room to the suite at no extra cost!! The location of the hotel is ideal, with only 2 minutes walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the metro station just around the corner. Plus the breakfast was lovely too. The bathroom was immacualte too (girlfriend approved!) Metro stop was just across the street as well.

  It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets. The butler was very helpful and accomodating. We booked 3 of the rooms and everyone had a wonderful experience. The locale was very up-market and the room reflected this. The calibre of furnishing was very high and design features were beautiful. The rooms were quiet and private and I will certainly book Margutta 54 for a return visit to Rome. We have visited the city on previous occasions but have found the ideal resting place in Margutta!

  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. Y - The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh.
