  the location is very good close to the main metro station if you want to rent a car or to travel by train the florence , venice or any place outside rome. the colosseum in 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment. the shopping street is 5 min away. the staff are friendly and helpful. the wifi is good. there are restaurants and pubs nearby .

  Hotel Bocaccio was in such a fabulous location, I would have been pleased even if it offered only mediocre accommodations. However, this was not the case. Patty, the hotel owner, was friendly and helpful even before I arrived, responding promptly to my emails, providing me with the information I requested. Hotel Bocaccio is clean, comfortable, and mee - Great hotel and great deal ! was meeting family in rome and didnt want to spend a lot on a room for just one nite. This was a great option! Room was very comfortable, hotel was easy to fine (short walk from the barberini stop on the subway) and really just very pleasant. Cant comment on the shared shower as I left early in the am and didnt use it. Bathroom (toilet room which was separate) was very clean though

It has a small kitchen and a fridge so you are independent (if you like so). Change towels daily. Although located in a relatively noisy street, it has good soundproofing. Although we booked a room, t... what people say » hey gave us a two levels apartement in a nearby building, which was more roomy and confortable (no extra charge). - Hotel is very central, situated on a busy shopping boulevard near the station. Lots of boutiques in the street where you can find good clothes, bags, souvenirs. Cultural attractions are nearby on foot or by bus/metro/subway. Rooms are large and new, good beds, good bathroom and a minibar. Staff was friendly, helpfull and polite. No breakfast but lots to find in the neighbourhood.
