  This hotel was really nice and quiet. The walk to downtown attractions wasn't too bad and the railway station was close by. We received a room upgrade when we arrived, which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast included free sparkling wine, which was a nice touch.   Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.

It is a wonderful jewel as a villa hotel resort. Beautiful high ceiling rooms with beautiful fresc, well designed for amalgamating both the old (restored professionnaly) and a sort of modern renaissance. Will definitely go back, the view and the Tuscany sunsets are unbelievable.
