The hotel is located in a pretty strategic area - a 5 min walk from Piazza Risorgimento, terminus and stop of several buses, 5 min from Ottaviano subway stop, barely 15 from the Vatican city's walls. The rooms are large, fully equipped and everything is decorated with extreme elegance. Staff was - The staff was perfect. I was met by the owners of the hotel, they were extremely attentive with me and contributed to my perfect stay in Roma. Besides, he hotel is new, it is near metro station and Vatican area. I loved it!

  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... what people say » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  The staff was so courteous and helpful. Great location and we enjoyed walking and seeing the sites along the way to the major tour locations. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  Everything was perfect!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for you to sleep and keep your luggage. You don't go to Rome to sit in the room. Next time I go to Rome I will definitely stay there again.
