building 15 minutes from the center of the city. The rooms feels like a
4 or even 4+ hotel. Andrea and his father were extremely
friendly,helpful, thoughtful and attentive. I was given the room at 9 am
though normally I should have had it at around 1 pm which was perfect
for us.

is also located in a very typical Rome neighbourhood so if you're
looking for a very authentic place to stay for a great price this is it.
Amazing, fantastic, wonderful restaurants are within an easy walk. The
room is modern and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

Really good value for the money. It is a really small apartment but it was really clean. The breakfast was ok but don't expect much, it is a cappucino and a croissant of your choice (they were really good though). 5 minute walk from the train station, 5-10 minute from the metro station. The interior of the hotel was nice,staff friendly,helpful and breakfest had a lot of variety. - Really nice hotel with cheap prices (if you book few days before your stay). We really enjoy it. It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving.
It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand

Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.
