We loved this place! The location is just amazing! Out the front door and 30 seconds later your at the Trevi Fountian. 2 minute walk to the via del corso, restaurants all around you and walking distance to all the major historic sites. our room was large, comfortable and spotless with good facilities. Very good hotel! Incredibly helpful personnel,want to thank again two girls from reception and Francesca for the amazing service. Breakfast directly into the room and it was really rich- me and my wife could not eat everything. Conditionier in the room saved us from the hot weather, which sometimes exceeded 30 celsius degrees outside. Silence, clean, superb. Placed couple meters from Trevi fountain,all historical places so close. I left this hotel with a very warm memories :) No doubt next time

you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. Loved the location and friendly staff. This was our first experience with a B&B and all I can say is that this was just great. It's a minute from Trevi fountain, costs 8 euro from Termini by taxi.

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. I was a bit nervous booking this because there weren't many reviews,
but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete
with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian
breakfast staples. The owners are wonderful hosts and had amazing

Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)
