  Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture dow - My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

  We stayed in a Family Room (room 1) at Relais Bramante and highly recommend this Hotel. The room was bright, large, comfortable with elegant decor and furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we ate at an affordable local restaurant recommended by the receptionist. This is a terrific hotel in a great, lively location and we would definitely stay again. - Excellent location right next to Piazza Navona. Excellent location if you want to see Rome. Walking distance to Vatican (20 min), Pantheon (5 min), Fontana di trevi (20 min). Brand new hotel, opened September 2013. Only 6 rooms. Large rooms in 4th floor. New and clean. Super friendly staff.   There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly. The apartment we stayed in was down the road from the main Bollo b - Great location - once you learn the trains (46, 62, 64, 116t, 571, 916 to the second Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop will drop you off just around the corner from the apt), otherwise it is a pretty long walk from the train and metro.   The hosts are very friendly - they gave us maps and a brief introduction of the city of Rome. The hosts stay at the premise too so you feel safe and you can get them whenever you need help. You will need to share a bathroom with two other rooms (there are three rooms together) and it was a bit stressful to start with, but it ended up to be no issu... what people say » e. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean and they smell nice. The bathroom was cleaned very regularly. Location is good - it's about 500 meters fr - Nothing is important, just the host! Gracia! He was very friendly and helpful. He is the face of Italy! :) Do not stress, because of the shared bathroom: It is not like a bathroom in a hostel, but it is like at home. The breakfast bar with local people was also an excellent choice. Arriverderci B&B Venus.
