  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  I was welcomed by a lovely brother and sister who ran the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access. Thanks man. Achille - This hotel is very comfortable and cosy for my mom and I when we visited in Rome. Rony is a very helpful and warmhearted stuff to help us a lot! He helped us to lift the luggage, provided a water heater for us and gave us many good suggestions. The room is very quiet and spacious although shared a bathroom with others. Reasonable price and good location. Highly recommend !

  Friendly and helpful staff. Close to via Veneto and barberini. And very easy to walk to all major attractions. Would recommend going to trasrevere. Lovely restaurants. Take the bus from via Veneto- to largo argentina and cross the road to grab a tram to trasrevere. No 1 or no 8. Enjoy the magic of Rome!! Bus rude costs you 14 euros return about 40 min ride. Well - I loved the hotel, very comfortable, stylish, all the photos correspond to reality. A 10-minute walk from Termini Station and 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Little room is small but corresponds Italian coloring. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is basically coffee croissants, yogurt, plop with milk. Very friendly staff! Next time I will definitely stay here.

  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. So it is not typical hotel,... what people say » but is has hotel-like room service and unconventional the rest. The staff is really friendly. I really liked it. - everything was more than we expected. we booked a room for 4 persons but at our arrival the staff realized it is suitable only for 3 and immediately give as an additional room so we could stay there more comfortable in 2 rooms, very clean, in the middle of the city, free wifi etc.
