Unusually, for a Roman hotel, it was set in an oasis of calm, withdrawn from the bustle of the city but yet readily accessible.   Had a wonderful time in Rome, Duca d`Alba was faultless, excellent friendly staff, location was 1 minute away from Cavour metro station. The Colosseum was a 10 minute stroll.   This hotel is close to everything worth seeing in Rome, the furthest attraction was the Vatican, which was only half an hours walk, the Colosseum was three minutes away walking, the Trevi Fountain was 10 minutes away if even.
