  The owner Sandra and her staff really went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only ones staying there. After a long day of sightseeing, she led us to a cute little outdoor balcony to rest when we came back. It had two chairs and a small table and then she brought us two glasses of wine!! My husband and I normally do not drink wine b... what people say » ut liked it so much that we went to the store Sandra told us about the next day and bought a couple of bottles. We sat every night on that balcony dri - The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome

  The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a wake up call a - The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.

This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino.   We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. Clean, tidy and no drainage problems as there were in other hotels.... what people say » Breakfasts are really good and the personnel is helpful. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive
