  We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect. We would surely stay here again... what people say » ! - Wonderfully located near the Spanish Steps! Rooms were clean and the bathroom quite large, for Italian standards.

  We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of choice ham&cheese, cereals, yoghurt etc. David brought us freshly made co - Wonderful private hotel with friendly, homely atmosphere. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,

  Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them bec - Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water .   Let me begin with the fact that is 15 min away from termini on foot and 5 min away from 2 metro stations ( Manzoni and vittorio emanuele) so it is perfect to get anywhere. We got there super late but when we landed we sent an sms to the phone number Giuliani gave us. After that he gave us a map of the most important places to visit and he told us a lil bit about each of them. The room is very big, good lig - The position of this B&B is perfect! close to the metro and at walk distance from some of the main attractions in Rome....10 min walking to the Colosseum and Monti...my favourite neibourhood.....at walk distance also to Termini. The staff has been really kind...the room clean.
