  The room is amazing, and it includes towels, shampoo, a mini-fridge, a locker, you even have a hairdryer! It's just two streets aside Termini Station, and the street was quiet all the time. It's on the 4th floor of the building, it just has 4 rooms so you have a very personal attention. Simple, clean room, powerful wifi signal, TV, AC, room fridge, modern bathroom and shower, etc. Would have stayed longer if I could.

  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... what people say » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!
