Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. The coffee machine is not the best, ask for a proper one from the two ladies always attending the breakfast. - We found the staff very friendly and eager to oblige and made us feel very comfortable. We really appreciated little extras like free help yourself coffee and tea facilities any time of the day, which was great after a day out walking to come back and relax with a nice coffee, tea or juice.   Excellent choice if you're on a budget as we were. Really good value for money and lovely staff. Convenient location close to Colosseum (not the most picturesque part of Rome but certainly handy for the metro & getting to other areas). Large, clean and comfortable room, if a little basic. Handy fridge in room which was useful as breakfast only... what people say » consisted of a coffee and a croissant - but hey ho, what do you expect for only 40 euros per night for 2 guests?!! EXCELLENT and very cheap restauran - We enjoyed the welcoming person, Luna, very nice and friendly. The room was very clean, warm and the building was very silent and vintage, with a fantastic "patium" and ancient elevator. Very good location, nearby a metro station and if you choose to walk, 10mts from Termini. So, we suggest this place and next time we go to Rome we will try reservation first at Dandi Dhomus.   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It was great fo... what people say » r the price. - Really enjoyed my stay, very convenient location, the receptionist was most friendly and helpful. Room immaculately clean. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.

  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307).
