  The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. Yes, the croissant was packed, but in addition to coffee we also had a yogu... what people say » rt, orange juice, cookies and jam. The lady serving breakfast was very attentive. Also, we arrived 10 minutes to midnight, and a staff member waited f - Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.   The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. The meal was the best - The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

They are really kind and nice people-attractive and elegant lady with her good-tasty husband, they helped us so much.
