  Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... what people say » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Great location, 20 min walk and you are in the heart of the main attractions. Lovely area, and beautiful croissants and coffee provided at the cafe around the corner. The staff are very helpful. Also recommend a meal at Restaurante Da Vincenzo one street over towards the city centre where we experienced our best meal in Italy!
