The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

The room's decor was elegant and the room itself spotless. It looked like the hotel was brand new and I later found out it was. We had all we needed in terms of amenities, towels, hot water, kettle, etc. Breakfast was coffee and croissant, served in an authentic coffee shop next door. Location was good. The place is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the metro system. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was prompt with our requests. Many of the hotel rooms in Italy are small but their room is also very spacious; there was three of us with five luggage and we were able to lay our luggage out with enough walking space. We loved the room and it was one of the best place we stayed during our entire trip!
