  really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The heating worked and the water was also very warm:) location is perfect. The stuff always answer phone and trying to help the best as they can:) It's great because You don't have to think that so... what people say » mething is wrong with place You're sleeping, all your attention can be focus on visiting the city...which is amazing! - The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was good, you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building and there was a very handy lift.
