  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. .   We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless.   We stayed at Villa Cora in July which was a pretty hot season in Florence. And Villa Cora has an amazing pool area which is a huge advantage among the best hotels in Florence. Chill by the pool after a great day at the museums. It's just fantastic. Staff is professional. Food is good. One of the best hotels we have ever been. And believe - The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed. The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.
