  I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend - Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home. The location is ideal and safe to discover the trastevere district (many bars, restaurants...lively place at night). The hotel is very clean, bedroom service was very good.

  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... what people say » around Rome. By the way, the location is absolutely perfect. It's on a rather quiet street right next to the Colosseum and a metro station with a goo - perfect location and staff very friendly .... went out of their way to make our stay better.. cant fault staff thank you so much for all your help... room had lovely terrace... situated feet away from colosseum ... great location. shops restaurants on door step.. must stay here it is delightful... rooms very clean, light and airy and staff amazing.. if in Rome you must stay here... fabulous....   I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. He is very friendly, and explained everything. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet at night,. The bathroom was spacious, and a good shower. Had all the mods and cons. ... what people say » The Nespresso machine was a nice touch along with a full stocked mini bar at very reasonable prices. Daniel and the staff went out of their way to mak - I could not even imagine it would be so nice. Personal pick up and early drop off at airport for costs comparable to local cabs just adds to the value. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast. We plan to stay here anytime we are in Rome in the future. Perfect location. You are 15 minutes by foot from the Vatican and 30 from other major sites in town. I
