  First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. We stayed for 6 nightsand seven days, and the hotel/BandB staff made sure that we werecomfortable at all times.   The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. The crew was very friendly (some of them were not too strong in english, but they were very helpful), the rooms are not big but very clean and comforta... what people say » ble with nice little terraces on the ground floor (and I think on the upper floors too). It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   The room was small (Europe Standard), but the staff more than made up for it. We were in Rome for the 08 Marathon and planned to check out on the same day. The Marathon had us running until 3pm, but the check-out was at 10am.
