  Great view to the sea. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We stayed only for 2 nights but we had the chance to take part to a traditional Ischian evening - a very relaxing and happy atmosphere. Free shuttle bus to the beach.   Everything was immaculately clean, very comfortable and the spa was amazing with highly skilled staff who fitted me in their busy schedule. I went in December and thermal pool and facilites were fully open. - Staff were helpful and location was good

  The rooms were big and bright. The staff at the desk were friendly and had good English. The location could not have been any better- beside lovely restaurants, across from the marina. The room was cleaned every day sportlessly. - Their kindness was really amazing, and a location of the hotel is excellent!

Although we booked a room without seaview, we were upgraded and got one of the best rooms in the hotel, due to low season, with a large roof-terrace (room nr. 404) overlooking the harbour and sea (like rooms 401-403).
