  The staff were fantastic - they were knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The view of the Piazza Grande and the Palazzo dei Consoli from our room was wonderful. The hotel building itself was beautifully restored with lots of lovely touches. Choice of breakfasting inthe square! Luxurious and spacious bedroom and large shower room. Veryhelpful and friendly staff. Staff will park your car outside the citywalls or go with you to park it if you prefer. Looking forward toanother visit sometime.

  Room was good. The toilet, bidet, shower were a tight fit but all worked well. Location. Minor language issues but staff very helpful. Good restuarant. Worth visiting during the festival. - The staff was very helpful and was always there with a smile. The room was large and the bathroom facilities were very good.

  Absolutely great!! Andrea and Marika are born hosts: very friendly, helpful and sweet. The house and terrace are nice and cosy, with a great view.
